Download instructions were given to you on the page you were directed to immediately after you paid, and sent to you by email. Please check your email in-box or "junk" folder, or re-visit the download page. If you are still having problems, please email me and I’ll send you the link again.

I’m a member and not getting the webinar emails

Please see above. Also make sure that your card has not expired or been declined, or that you haven’t cancelled your membership or refunded in error. If your card had expired, and now has been renewed, please email me to make sure I add you back on the member’s database.

Can I pay by Paypal or other means/Clickbank won’t accept my payment?

If Clickbank won’t accept your payment, it generally means that your card is not valid, you are living in a country from which Clickbank won’t accept payments or you are in a different country to where your card is registered.

Unfortunately, we don’t accept other forms of payment under any circumstances. The monthly membership fee is an exception - this can be paid by Paypal through the normal Clickbank payment links on this site.

If you can’t come right, some folks use a friends credit card to make payment.

I don’t have much money. Can I get free membership or a special discount?

I understand that times might be tough. Unfortunately, I don’t give free membership or extra-ordinary discounts. This would not be fair on members who have paid for the course and Charter group membership.

What if I can’t attend the webinars?

All the webinars are video recorded, so you don’t have to miss a thing!

I’d like to ask a trading related question - technicals, charts, trading setups, leverage etc.

I am unable to answer technical questions by email, as it is extremely time consuming, and would not give a complete answer to most questions. Please feel free to ask the questions you want to during the live webinars. This enables me to answer verbally in much more detail and save time. It also enables other members or trialists to benefit from the answers.

My name is James de Wet, and I have been trading Forex for over 11 years. I have also managed large Forex funds and worked for a major European bank as a Forex trader. Are you giving trading signals?

No. I don’t give trade signals. I believe it’s far more important for you to learn how to stand on your own feet and make your own money. I’d hate for you to be penniless if I was hit by a bus! HOWEVER you WILL see me taking my own trades on my own live account, and of course, you can copy whatever I do if you want - and learn at the same time.

Is your trading suited to beginners or experienced traders?

Actually both. Beginner traders will be able to slot right in and learn to trade Forex from the very beginning. Experienced traders will appreciate the power and simplicity of the trading systems, and almost certainly improve their trading results. I have many rookies and old professionals in my charter group.

Is your trading suitable for any time zone/when do you trade?

ANY trading system works best during the European and London day time period. This is because the biggest deals and the largest volumes of trades take place during this time.

I trade with my members during the period 6am-2pm GMT. Please check here to find out what time this is in your time zone. I trade on Tuesdays and Thursdays only. As I mentioned, the three trading systems I’ll be trading we get in and out of the market during the day and close off overnight. These systems work particularly well during the London time zone, but can be used throughout the 24 hour period of the day.

How will this improve my trading?

Quite simply...you will learn to profit from the Forex market with very little risk, and large potential rewards. And, if you’ll see how I do this by trading only twice a week. Of course if you want to trade more often, then there is potential to do even better.

What do I need to get started?

You need very little. A reliable computer (I use a single laptop for my own trading), a reliable internet connection (some folks even use the good old dial-up with no problems) and any operating system will work (Windows, Firefox, Mac)

You only need two bits of software - both free - a charting package and a live or demo trading account. I tell you exactly when to get them.

Can you guarantee that I will make money?

I have full confidence that my systems will work for years to come, but no-one can guarantee that a trading system will generate profits in the future. There are also many other factors only under your control which may affect your results, such as your own discipline, and emotions. What support do you offer/how do I ask technical questions?

I normally answer your questions into the webinar, so that others can benefit from the answers and I can explain myself much better in voice instead of typing. If you can’t be at the webinar to hear your questions being answered, you can watch the video afterwards.

Can I contact you by phone or Skype?

Unfortunately, I am not able to be in contact by Skype or phone with my clients, simply because I have hundreds of clients in different time zones, and my privacy is important to me and my family.

What about future products and upgrades?
