I am not, through any of my services, giving trading signals or trade instructions. I do not represent myself as a Forex professional, and I am not licensed by any local or international authority. My services are for training purposes only, and are my interpretation of publicly available Forex charting indicators. Any results I mention in live emails, webinars, courses, videos or previous recordings are therefore for my own personal tracking, and are irrelevant to my members or prospects. I may mention trading performance to the public from time to time for general interest only, but this information should be considered hypothetical.
Risk
Trading Forex has large potential rewards, but also large potential risk. You must be aware of the risks and be willing to accept them in order to trade in the currency markets.

Training courses
The courses present trading methods which I have found to be profitable, and explains the use of common charting methods and indicators, available on most charting packages. All of the tools used are common industry knowledge. The training courses may not work for you, and there is absolutely no guarantee of results. Your trading success depends on many other factors such as your own knowledge and experience, discipline and emotional control.
Live Trading and Alerts
My live webinars and alerts are not designed to be a “signal” or “tip” service. You are welcome to watch what I do as I trade my live or demo accounts, and you can use the information you get from me in whatever way you wish.
I make absolutely no claim that any results I present or mention are accurate. In fact, any account statements you see, and or results I claim to achieve are for my own information purposes, and may or may not be accurate.

Limitations of hypothetical results
Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain inherent limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, since the trades may not have actually been executed, the results may have under- or over- compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. In addition, hypothetical trading does not involve financial risk, and no hypothetical trading record can completely account for the impact of financial risk in actual trading. For example, the ability to withstand losses or to adhere to a particular trading program in spite of trading losses are material points which can also adversely affect actual trading results.
There are numerous other factors related to the market in general or to the implementation of any specific trading program which can not fully be accounted for in the preparation of hypothetical performance results and all of which can adversely affect actual trading results.
